Growing up in a musical family, Alincia is seasoned in performing on stage from an early age. She began being classically trained to perform on stage in musicals such as The King and I, Bye bye Birdie and Into the woods, to festivals, fairs, conventions, gala's, and all the way to Japan. Her range in musical genre's is unsurpassed as she is able to perform genre's ranging from opera to top 40, oldies, standards, country, rock, jazz and beyond. Beyond that she is capable in singing in a multitude of languages such as Spanish, Japanese, Cantonese, Tagalog, French and more. By the 9th grade, Alincia had already released a complete album with covers as well as her own originals both in English and Spanish. She never stops pushing her boundaries and comfort zone in order to grow as an artist and performer. Even at a young age coached and trained her younger sister in singing. She's since moved on to teach privately as well in her community. She is now fronting her own 3 piece band as well as a duo that consists of herself and her father Jr. Vela, who plays the guitar, both of which perform private lessons. Alincia is an artist that compliments and adapts to any and all events.
